Mission
Our mission is to empower the competencies of Research Infrastructures managers and leaders. The programme covers competencies required to meet the needs of Research Infrastructures in the planning, construction and operation phases.

This optional module explores the key challenges for planning,setting up and leading an operational RI. This module provides case studies of RIs in different stages of their life cycle and helps participants to learn from successes and failures. The module focuses on the broad relevant issues in the design and development of RIs and gives the opportunity to reflect on the application of managerial tools in real RI cases.

Who is it aimed at ?
Recently appointed or upcoming managers, Heads of National Nodes, Heads of Core Facilities, Middle management, Heads of Finance and Administration, HR and Communication, Director Generals, Chief Operating Officers or their equivalent, Representatives of funding bodies and ministries responsible for RI funding.
This management development programme is primarily aimed at current and prospective Research Infrastructures leaders who wish to extend their competencies by engaging with peers from other countries.
