Bicocca Academy aims to promote, expand and strengthen the University's relationships with institutions, businesses and civil society to intercept and analyze training needs useful for the professional development of new graduates and workers.

In order to guarantee both greater job opportunities for people and adequate and updated professionalism for companies and institutions.

To this end, Bicocca Academy collects and optimizes the scientific and didactic skills of the University Departments as well as the experiences and resources of external local, national and international entities - public and private - for the creation of an educational offer capable of meeting the training demand of people and companies.

The training activities are born with a multidisciplinary approach resulting from the collaboration of academic and professional skills to respond effectively to the challenges of an increasingly complex and continuously changing job market.
