The Master’s program is designed to provide participants with an international perspective, enabling them to understand the ever-evolving business and economic environments. Its goal is to develop professional profiles capable of navigating the competitive landscape in which companies operate.
It is intended for individuals seeking to enhance their education by acquiring the skills and knowledge necessary for entering the international job market. The MBA helps participants develop personal abilities and professional attitudes, offering a solid foundation in management tools. This fosters the emergence of strong and practical business professionals equipped with competencies that are increasingly in demand by companies operating in international contexts.
Mission
The Master in Business Administration aims to consolidate and enhance participants' professional skills and knowledge in the business field. It aligns with current labor market demands, which increasingly seek profiles with international expertise to effectively address global managerial, strategic, and competitive dynamics.
For this reason, the program is designed to explore various specialized areas with a focus on the integration and development of international business. To this end, the Master features a curriculum built around teaching methods such as team working and action learning, supported by the involvement of expert faculty members from diverse and specific sectors, who bring real-world experience, including in international contexts.
The in-person teaching activities of the Master's program last approximately 13 months and are structured around courses delivered in a blended format (lectures, practical exercises, and seminars). These courses cover specific areas such as administration, auditing, corporate finance, strategy, managerial development, marketing, business law, and business English.
The Business English course runs in parallel with the other subjects and consistently draws on international case studies and experiences.
Lectures, guest speaker sessions, and seminars are conducted by both national and international academics and professionals. These experts are selected based on active agreements and exchange programs established with international universities in partnership with the University of Milano-Bicocca.
As part of the learning path, working participants are required to complete a final project work.
